1.0 Salary Setting by the Board (Educ. Code 88162)
1.1 The Board of Trustees shall adopt salary schedules for hourly-rate, non-certificated employees.
1.2 Salary schedules for the classified bargaining unit employee positions will also be approved by the Board.
1.3 Salary schedules include:
1.3.1 Classified salary schedule (White Collar)
1.3.2 Classified salary schedule (Blue Collar)
1.3.3 Supervisory salary schedule
1.3.4 Classified Specialist salary schedule (White Collar)
1.3.5 Schedule of special rates
