Enrollment Instructions

Use the table below to determine the steps required for you to enroll at a Los Rios college:

If you are a. . . Then. . .
Continuing Student (this means you were registered at one of the Los Rios Community College District campuses during the most recent regular academic semester) To qualify for Priority 1 registration, you do not need to submit an application. Simply use the Los Rios eServices system to:
  1. Complete the Supplemental Enrollment Information Form
  2. Find your enrollment date and time.
First-time Student (never attended college before even though you may have taken college classes while in high school)

To qualify for Priority 2 registration all First-time Students need to complete the following:
  1. Complete an application for admission
  2. Take the appropriate assessment test. The assessment test schedules are available from the Assessment Center and the Counseling Center at each college.
  3. Attend Orientation & Counseling
  4. After you complete A, B, and C you can register for classes by going to e-services to find your enrollment date and time.
New Transfer Student (never attended a Los Rios college before) and Returning Student (attended a Los Rios College before and returning after an absence) For Priority 3 registration, New Transfer and Returning Students need to:
  1. Complete an application
  2. After completing A, register for classes by going to e-services to find your enrollment date and time
High School Student (are taking college classes while in high school) For Priority 4 registration, High School Students need to:
  1. Complete an application for admission
  2. Complete the Advanced Education application
  3. After completing A & B, register in person at your respective campus.
First-time Student who already has a college degree and only wants to take one or two courses
  1. Complete an application
  2. Register for classes
