Which Financial Aid Application is Right for You?

Fill out your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or California Dream Act Application (CADAA), and we will help you identify the aid you are eligible for.

If you are a US citizen—

Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

The FAFSA is the gateway to most federal and state financial aid opportunities for US citizens, permanent residents, and eligible non-citizens, including:

  • State and federal grants and fee waivers
  • Assistance from EOPS, CARE, or CalWORKs
  • Work-study
  • Loans
  • Scholarships

Submit FAFSA

If you are not a US citizen—

Submit the California Dream Act Application (CADAA)

If you are not a US citizen, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen, then you can still access plenty of financial aid opportunities by submitting the CADAA, including:

  • State grants and fee waivers
  • Assistance from EOPS, CARE, or CalWORKs
  • Scholarships

The information you provide on this application is only used to help you pay for college.
