Meeting Procedures

Public Comment

There is a public comment period at the beginning of every board meeting. To speak during the public comment period, fill out a yellow speaker's card and give it to the clerk of the board. Comments are limited to three minutes and you may speak about topics not on the board agenda.

Recording of Meetings

Board meetings are recorded for minute-keeping purposes. The microphone on the podium must be used for all questions and comments.
