Student Elections

Spring 2020 Elections

Student elections will be held on April 21 and 22 from 5:00 am to 11:30 pm. Voting is conducted online. Currently enrolled students can vote for on-campus student association leaders as well as the districtwide student trustee.

How to Vote

Voting only takes a few minutes and makes a lasting impact on the campus environment and student experience! Here's how to cast your vote:

  1. Log into eServices
  2. Click on Other Resources
  3. Click on Elections & Surveys
  4. Review candidate information in the Student Voter Guide
  5. Proceed to the voting site – and vote!

Run for CAEB or Student Senate

If you enjoy learning, working with others, and improving your leadership skills, then we encourage you to run for student government! Learn how to run for the Clubs and Events Board (CAEB) or Student Senate at each of our colleges:

Run for Student Trustee

The student trustee represents the student perspective on the Los Rios Board of Trustees. This is a districtwide position. Students must be enrolled in at least five units at any Los Rios college to be able to run for student trustee.

Report Elections Violations

To ensure that student elections are fair, candidates must follow election campaign guidelines. Guidelines may differ at each college.

Candidates who are found guilty of breaking campaign rules may be disqualified from running or terminated from a position if already elected. The college may also take disciplinary action.
