Our vision is to transform the lives of students and enhance the vitality of our region. Our mission is to provide a vibrant learning environment that empowers all students to achieve their educational and career goals.
The Los Rios Community College District has a five-year strategic plan (2016 to 2021) that focuses on increasing student access and success through enhanced teaching and learning opportunities and expanding the District’s role in workforce development.
In accordance with The Higher Education Act of 1965, the Los Rios colleges must provide students with a summary of consumer information. Visit each college's website to learn more.
Equity and Diversity
Los Rios Community College District champions equity and diversity as foundational to our values and mission. Discrimination, harassment, and retaliation are prohibited.
We are committed to providing appropriate accommodations for students and employees with disabilities. Learn how to request accommodations, register service animals, report inaccessible doors, and more.
Indigenous Land Acknowledgment
In the spirit of community and social justice, we acknowledge the land on which our four colleges reside as the traditional homelands of the Nisenan, Maidu, and Miwok tribal nations.
Student Rights and Responsibilities
All students of the Los Rios colleges have specific rights and responsibilities.
We are committed to creating an accessible community – that is, one that provides websites, course materials, documents, and applications that are accessible to all current and future students, employees, and others.
